Rebellion – How can the resistance win?

Building grassroots resistance and discussing alternatives for austerity Europe

Rebellion is a one day event on austerity and resistance hosted by the Anticapitalist Initiative, including political debate on the major questions confronting left wing activists, spoken word performance poetry, food and music.

We want to make the event as participatory as possible, so we won’t be having the usual “top table” format familiar to meetings of the left, but an open floor for debate and reflection.

Following shortly after the elections in Greece and with growing turmoil in financial markets across the world, we will be discussing alternatives to austerity Europe and how we can fight back.
